At Boys Fashion Suits we strive to ensure that each order is fulfilled properly and quickly. We want all of our customers be satisfied with their shipment. However, occasionally errors do occur. To ensure your satisfaction please check all merchandise upon receipt. Should you need to return and item contact customer service immediately via our Contact page or by phone at 208-895-6685.

Rush Proccessing: This option pushes your order to the front of the shipping line. Most orders will be proccessed and shipped within 24 Hrs of purchase on normal business days. We make every attempt to ship your order providing the item(s) are in stock.

We generally have everything in stock and can ship right out. Your delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. We recommend you order in enough time in case you will need to exchange.

• Standard Ground Shipping $8.95(Ground generally takes 6 to 10 business days)
• 3 Day Select Shipping $13.95 (3 Days takes 3 business days, however it does not count the pickup day.)
• 2nd Day Air Shipping $23.95 (2 Days takes 2 business days, however it does not count the pickup day.)
• Next Day Air $39.95
• Canada Only $39.95 (6-10 days for delivery) There is no guarantee on how long it will be in customs.

Over Order Policy:
If you are unsure of which size to order and you don't have much time, you are welcome to over order. If you order two different sizes to make sure of the proper size, you may return the unneeded size for a refund. If you put the tuxedo back on the hanger with all the tags and packaging in tack, as it was sent to you, we will not charge a restocking fee.

Exchange Policy:
You are always welcome to exchange. If you keep all tags and packaging in good condition and the item/items have not been worn, there will not be a restocking fee.  The shipping fees to send the new items to you and the shipping fees to send the items back to us are your responsibly.  Please hold original items until you receive the new items so if something else doesn't fit you only have one shipment back to us.

Return Policy:
You are always welcome to return.  A 15% restocking fee is charged on all non-defective returns. No returns after 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on special order or closeout items. The shipping fees to send the items to you and the shipping fees to send the items back to us are the customers responsibly.

 
Return Instructions:
The best way to exchange your item/items is to reorder the correct size on line.  Make sure you type in the brand name of the item you already have in the comment section at check out.  This way we can send you the same brand name so you will have a matching item/items and a better fit. You are also welcome to return the item/items for exchange.  Just return the item/items with the instructions for the exchange in the package and include a check for the reshipping fee of $8.95.  If no check is enclosed for the shipping fee we will charge the credit card used for the original order.
