My order arrived extremely fast so I was pleased before I even opened the package. I was even happier to see what was inside. The quality of the suite is amazing. I didn't know what to expect for such a fair price and I was blown away. I tried it on my 2 year old right away and it fit absolutely perfect. I also ordered shoes which I am equally as pleased with. The shirt was the wrong color. I contacted the company through email and got a response only an hour later! Very impressed. They mailed the correct color shirt the next day. I just wanted to compliment your excellent customer service. We had placed an order on Monday night to be shipped second day air to Louisville, KY. It was shipped on Tuesday and should have arrived on Thursday, but due to a mistake made by UPS was out for delivery in Anaheim CA on Thursday morning. I spoke with someone in your office on Thursday afternoon to let them know of the problem. They immediately offered to overnight a duplicate of my order so that my boys would have something to wear to a 60th wedding anniversary celebration for their great-grandparents. The suits are sitting on my desk this morning (Friday) and I know they will be perfect. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. |

John helped me find another suit that was almost identical as the one that I originally wanted and it was cheaper. And to make sure that we were getting the right size, he actually went and measured the suit and called me back with the appropriate size. My gratitude is for Greg Seeberger. He went above and beyond for my son's grandfather's funeral. There was an issue with another suit I had order and the time frame to receive the suit. Mr. Seeberger came to my family's rescue for finding another suit and rushed it to the city and state we were driving to. The suit was there in time for my son to be a pallbearer for his grandfather. Since this was a tragic sudden death, this took so much stress of myself and my son. There just isn't enough gratitude in the world to give Mr. Seeberger. I have two boys who absolutely love to dress up. We attend church regularly so they need nice dress clothes. When out shopping for dress pants and suits for them, I'd always have trouble finding navy. Stores mainly have black. I found this site by accident and decided to order navy blue suits for them for Christmas (2009). I was so pleased that they arrived on time. But when I seen the quality of the material I just couldn't believe it! The material felt like the material of a man's suit; yet, it didn't have the high cost. The boys absolutely loved them and were grinnnig ear to ear. My youngest (he's 8) loves vests. I thought I wouldn't be able to get him to take it off. You can truly believe I will be ordering more. Please try to get some pants listed on your site. |
